Abusive Language

Abusive language is one of the major causes of legal difficulties. If we call people with abusive language such as if we call any person like deadbeat, crook, quack.  Defamation is the legal term for any false statement that harms an individual’s reputation.  Oral defamation is a slander whereas printed or published defamation is a libel.  The plaintiff must prove that the defamation was communicated to someone other than him/ her. Abusive language becomes legally actionable when it is false, harmful to the person’s good name, and “published.” If we want to communicate with any person then our language is the best way to express our views in a better manner. If we use that language which is abuse in nature then it put bad affect in our business dealings.
